Before and after
Real Gemstar work on live commercial facilities — buildings that stayed in operation while we worked on them.
The following projects were completed for a national telecommunications operator across office, industrial, and equipment facilities. Every one was an occupied, operating site. None of them closed for us.
Two-story operations facility
A dated masonry envelope with heavy soiling and failing colour, brought to a clean, uniform grey and white scheme. Work was staged around a live operations building with rooftop satellite equipment and continuous staff access.
Metal-panel facility
Years of runoff had streaked every panel on the elevation. Full wash-down, surface preparation, and repaint returned a consistent finish across the building, with fleet parking and daily operations running throughout.
Equipment building
Shade and persistent moisture had taken the coating down to bare substrate, with organic growth across the elevation. Remediation, full preparation, and a uniform exterior coating — completed around live equipment and a tower compound.
Branch office facade
A long customer-facing elevation carrying weathering across the full run. Repainted to a clean, consistent finish with the branch open to the public and staff parking in use the entire time.
Retail, during business hours.
Storefront work at an occupied retail location in an active shopping centre. Ladders up, neighbouring tenants trading, customers walking in the door.
This is the part most contractors get wrong. Working around a business is a different skill from doing the work itself.
Ask the people who hired us
Our clients include a Level I academic trauma centre, a national hospital and behavioural health system, a Fortune 500 telecommunications provider, a national cable and broadband operator, and a national paint manufacturer’s new-build retail locations.
We’ll put you in touch with the facility directors and project managers who contracted us, so you can ask them directly.
